In a smaller town like Port Alberni the comps aren't always in the same neighborhood, but more importantly we review and compare the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, square feet, and features...The most important thing to look at as a Seller, is not so much what is currently listed on the market, but what's actually been selling, and for how much.
